We are currently looking for a DB2 Support Specialist for one of our customer based in Lausanne.
Job Requirements:
• Deep understanding and experience (minimum 5 years) with DB2 LUW V9.1 and V9.7 (on AIX)
• Good understanding and experience with AIX 5.3 and AIX 6.1
• Experience and knowledge of TSM and Flash Copy
• Experience in DB2 HADR
• Experience in DB2 DPF
• Good problem solving skills and ability to follow up on all issues
• Great communication both written and verbal (English)
• High interest for new technologies (pureScale)
• Ability to represent the interest of the Client and the Company in different forums
• English / fluent
Job Desirable:
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of SAP support procedures
This is a contracting position, start beginning of October 2010 till end of June 2011 (extension possible)
